Payment Options
The City of Wyoming offers a variety of convenient payment options for our residents. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
Online Bill Payment
New online billing and payment service! FrontDesk. This will offer you greater flexibility to view and pay your utility bills online. In addition, you will have options to enroll in AutoPay and receive electronic notifications. There is a charge for this service from the online company. It should give you an amount when you pay. ACH (electronic check) is $1.30. Credit cards are a flat fee of $1.00 plus 2.49%, with a minimum of $2.00.

What does this mean if you currently already receive electronic bills or are enrolled in AutoPay with ACH?
You will need to log into FrontDesk and create a new account. You will be required to update your preferences and set up new AutoPay information. Because we value the security of your information and respect your privacy, we will not be transferring your payment information. Please be sure to create your FrontDesk account as soon as possible as your current AutoPay settings will be deactivated on August 1, 2023.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, credit cards, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
