Grass & Weed Abatement Notice for the City of Wyoming
Grasses, weeds, brush, dense growth shall be kept at a maximum of 6" in residential, business and industrial property and 12" in agricultural property from May 1st to October 31st.
No other notice will be given before the city will abate the nuisance and shall assess all costs incurred to the property. the property owner has the right to appeal the matter to the City Council under Section 50.08 of the City Code of Ordinances. for more information, contact City Clerk's office at 563-488-3970.
